Jagger Lemmon Fundraiser Down syndrome Awareness Month 2022

This October we celebrate World Down Syndrome Awareness Month. It is an opportunity to Celebrate our loved ones with Down syndrome and raise awareness around the World.
Our family have decided to fundraise for Celebrate T21. We received a gift pack from Celebrate t21 when Jagger was born (image below). These gift packs and their beautiful books, are gifted to families around the country who receive a pre or postnatal diagnosis of Down syndrome. They also help families connect into various support networks.
Celebrate T21 is a social enterprise based in Wollongong, but supporting a community nationally. We’re on a mission to provide support to every family at the point of receiving a Down syndrome (Trisomy 21) diagnosis, and to rewrite the narrative around the stigmas surrounding life with Down syndrome.
Any support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
